Classic Cashew

We held off on making a cashew butter for some time because we only wanted to use domestically grown nuts and ingredients. Cashews are primarily grown in the tropics and humid climate...Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Ivory Coast, India, and Vietnam. 

We were running short on pistachios for a couple months in the summer of '23 so we made a batch with organic Vietnamese cashews and it was soo good! Way tastier than I expected. It nearly tasted like frosting despite just being cashews and a pinch of salt.
